Everlast™ Hydro Systems Pty Ltd is a manufacturer of High Quality and Superior Technology Stainless Steel water heaters and related domestic and commercial products.

It is the committed Policy of Management and Employees and Agents of Everlast™ Hydro Systems to ensure that all operational functions are carried out using the Quality System Standard AS/NZ ISO 9001 : 2000 as a guideline for Quality Assurance .

Everlast™ Hydro Systems meets the Quality requirements of WaterMark Product Certification.

The responsibility and authority for all personnel managing, undertaking and assuring work affecting Quality is specified in Everlast™ Quality Manual EHS-1-QM.

It is Everlast™ Hydro Systems commitment to ensure that all employees and agents of the company are aware of the Quality Policy and that new employees are trained comprehensively in all aspects of their role affecting Quality.

In accordance with our Quality Management System, all Customer Concerns, Supplier Non Conformances and Operational Non Conformances are fully addressed and resolved.

The process of Management Review by Senior Management shall ensure that the resources and the facilities are provided to ensure that all Non Conformances are able to be fully resolved with both Corrective and Preventive Actions.
